Mike Saedlo has had a long and successful career in the retail business, commercial real estate and business brokerage and consulting. He has held senior corporate positions as well as that of a main street entrepreneur. From the corporate perspective, Mike was East coast Regional Director of Operations for International House of Pancakes and Company Operations and District Manager of Gino’s restaurants in Philadelphia. Capitalizing on his corporate experience in the restaurant industry Mike founded the successful retail chains in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia.
Transitioning from the food industry, Mr. Saedlo has a successful career in commercial real estate where he was an Associate Broker with Sperry Van Ness in Frederick, MD. He has taught at the Professional Development Institute as Instructor Curriculum Developer for continual education for commercial real estate brokers. For over 20 years, along with his real estate experience, he has also been a Business Broker. He is co-founder of SVG and successfully provided business brokerage services. In this capacity he has helped many business owners, from a wide variety of industries, to successfully sell and buy their businesses.
