Mike Saedlo

Mike Saedlo has had a long and successful career in the retail business, commercial real estate, and business brokerage and consulting. He has held senior corporate positions as well as being the main street entrepreneur. Mike founded a retail chain of Philadelphia Mike’s with 13 stores in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. From the corporate perspective, Mike was East coast Regional Director of Operations for International House of Pancakes and Company Operations and District Manager of Gino’s restaurants in Philadelphia.

Transitioning from the food industry, Mr. Saedlo has a successful career in commercial real estate where he was an Associate Broker with Sperry Van Ness in Frederick, MD. He has taught at the Professional Development Institute as Instructor Curriculum Developer for continual education for commercial real estate brokers. For over 20 years, along with his real estate experience, he has also been a Business Broker. He is co-founder of SVG and successfully provided business brokerage services. In this capacity he has helped many business owners, from a wide variety of industries, to successfully sell and buy their businesses.

Kian Veissy

Educated in England, Kian was trained to be aggressively efficient and highly motivated. These traits still govern his work ethic today.

His all-encompassing real estate career was launched in the eighties in the field of property management. He and his partners soon ventured into residential construction and land development. Residential sub-division, office, retail and industrial real estate development, retail, and technology businesses all followed.
It is this base of knowledge that enables Kian to offer his clients the right advice…the right solutions… the right timing – keys to enduring success in today’s dynamic and challenging marketplace.
Kian joined Mike to form SVG a unique business brokerage and consulting group offering a variety of services enabling the client’s success while saving time and expenses.
